It was brought to our attention on 10/21/2020 at 12:30am that our Billing System after it's normal update malfunctioned and created duplicate invoices. It may have suspended/terminated your service. Do not worry! We have backups and have been implementing your services back. Customers that have been most effected have already been contacted.
